Cayenne-Datil Pepper Sauce

2 cups hot peppers
3 cups cider vinegar
2 32oz. bottles tomato ketchup
1 cup worchestershire sauce
1 cup honey
juice of 3 lemons
4 tbs. garlic powder
5 tbs. turmeric
3 tbs. celery salt

Grind peppers with 1/2 cup of vinegar in food processor for five minutes, scraping down sides as needed. Turn into heavy kettle and add remaining ingredients, stirring often so spices do not cake. Simmer for 15 minutes or so.
