Creamy Corn Bread

2 Eggs
8oz. Sour cream
8.5oz. Cream style corn (can)
a dash of salad oil
2 or more dashes of salt or seasoned salt
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or butter baking pan. Beat eggs, add sour cream and mix; add corn and mix; add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes until nicely browned. Chopped jalapenos or other chile peppers may be added to taste before baking. Tabasco sauce can be added; one oz. Cut into squares when cooled.
