Haitian Hot Pepper Sauce

8 datil peppers
12 jalapenos
1/2 cup papaya, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup finely chopped onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup malt vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Put the mixture in a blender and puree until smooth.
